About me
Summary: I’m a Product Designer passionate about transforming complex enterprise systems into intuitive experiences while exploring how AI can make products more useful and human.
University and Internships
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, where I developed an understanding of how people think, make decisions, and solve problems. All skills that continue to shape my design process today.
Outside the classroom, I became involved in STEM organizations like ColorStack and CSTEP, completed the CodePath iOS Development Program, and discovered a passion for building technology that improves people’s everyday experiences.
Journey at Dell Begins
I joined Dell Technologies as a Software Engineering intern. Then I received my full-time offer through its IT Development Program (ITDP). During the program, I had the opportunity to explore multiple disciplines- software engineering, product management, and product design- and ultimately chose Product Design.
That decision allowed me to learn from experienced designers, rotate across product teams, and build the foundation for the work I do today.
Journey at Dell Continues
Over the past three years, I’ve grown from an early-career designer into a Product Designer II, designing enterprise products used by both customers and internal sales teams.
I’ve led end-to-end features across customer experience, collaboration, and observability platforms while partnering closely with engineers, product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders. Along the way, I’ve contributed to usability testing, accessibility reviews, A/B testing, stakeholder presentations, and cross-functional design critiques.
Outside of work, I continue developing my craft through AI-first side projects like Tea Oracle and ongoing UX education.
