Structure of Dell Inspire Recognition

• Peer-to-Peer & Manager Awards: Employees and leaders can nominate or thank colleagues, tying points directly to Dell’s core values and guiding principles (such as teamwork, results, and innovation).

• Points & Redemption: Points awarded through Inspire convert to a digital wallet where team members can redeem them for merchandise, gift cards, and experiences.
