Award Message:

“2025 - What a year!! We faced challenging constraints, moving targets, difficult timelines and a definitely more than few curveballs.... and still, you showed up, got stuck in, and delivered. Most importantly, we became a team. Your creativity, craft, and grit turned challenges into outcomes that we all can be proud of. Thank you for putting in the hard yards and showing perseverance when it mattered most. Now, take this break to truly switch off and recharge. I’m proud of what we built together and excited for what’s ahead. See you in 2026!”
