This award was given to me by my design organization leader, Karsten Baker in October of 2025. This was awarded to my entire DCX team, including the product lines I was and wasn’t directly tied to.

“Digital Commerce Experience Sales Modernization Workshop Facilitation The Digital Commerce Experience team is a multi-disciplinary design organization asked to help quickly define future journeys for three AI agentic direct seller use case scenarios: Sales Manager view, Guided Selling, and Tech Refresh within a Collaborative Workspace that transforms how sellers collaborate with customers. In just three weeks the design team partnered with DTX, IT, Operations, Sales, BTO and Sales Chat gathering the necessary insights and learnings to deliver visual representations of proposed flows and steps sellers will go through to manage seller performance and improved usability and efficiency closing sales. The flows will scale across our complete ecosystem of small, medium and large enterprise segments, as well as partners. The design deliverables will help drive the collective discussions leading Dell to a modernized future of sales.”
